Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: managed the design and construction of $8 million USD organics 50 ton / day capacity pilot plant.
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: 100 ton / day organic plant: pre-construction planning, supplier and sub-contractor coordination, and oversight to ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures, applicable laws, and contract specifications.   
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: automation of 3 packaging lines, 50 million IV bottles / year, integration of 25+ filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, and palletizing machines. 
Chemical Tank Farm: managed the design and construction of truck loading / unloading station.
Cogeneration Power Plant: managed the design and construction of 9 MW plant ($0.5 USD million) utilizing excess steam to generate electricity for sale to municipality.
Water Purification Plant: managed the design and construction of deionized (DI) water system for pharmaceutical manufacturing (also applicable for cosmetics and food manufacturing).
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: managed the design and construction of nitrogen generation system.
Waste Water Treatment: plant construction oversight to ensure compliance of with federal, state, and local codes, industry standards, company procedures, and contractual requirements.
